Buying from us and delivery

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

We currently only deliver to UK addresses and you can order as much as you like and pay just £4 postage per order*. Orders are sent by Royal Mail.

*Some items are sent straight from their makers and have free P&P. If you order one of these items plus items we have in stock in the shop, the £4 postage applies.

Postage and availablity might be available for different countries. If you’re outside the UK please contact us for information at

Please note, some items may incur duties, taxes and fees when sent outside of the UK. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for these if applicable.

Can orders be returned?

We accept returns within 14 days of the order being sent. If you decide to return the product to us, we will arrange for a refund on the product. Please email us at if you wish to return an order.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

What payment options are there?

We accept payment via Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express.

Can I collect from your shop?

Yes. Collection from our Sheffield shop is free, just select that option at the checkout. Your order should be ready to collect the next day. If for any reason it can’t be, we will contact you to let you know.

Any item that is sent from the designer rather than from the shop has this information clearly marked in its description. These items may or may not be available for collecting from the shop. If you’d like to know more please email

Who makes the products?

We have a combination of products carefully selected from around the globe as well as a number of products handmade by small, independent UK creatives, most with a link to Sheffield and Yorkshire.

Is there more stock available of an item I want?

We often have a little more stock of each item available for sale in the shop. If you’d like multiples of an item that’s showing only one in stock please get in touch with us using the contacts below and we’ll be happy to let you know what’s available.

I’ve seen an item in your shop, why isn’t it available on this site?

A lot of the handmade items we sell are very limited editions or one offs which means we only have enough stock to have them in our shop. However, if there’s something you’ve seen in person or on our social media sites and would like to order it online, do get in touch with us and if we still have the item available we can arrange for it to be added just for you.
